Erika Thomas began her culinary career over ten years ago in Pensacola, Florida. She is a seasoned professional with experience in service, menu planning, catering and food preparation.

In 1996, Erika's studies took her to Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, South Carolina, where she received a Degree in Culinary Arts. After completing her degree, she studied abroad as a Student Chef at the St. John's Restaurant in London, England. After returning to the States, she accepted a position as Garde Manager Chef at Park Plaza Gardens in Orlando, Florida.

In 1998, Erika was given the opportunity to return to her hometown and stepped into the Executive Chef position at Frank Bennett's Restaurant in downtown Pensacola. Two years later, she decided it was time to open her own catering business.

Being familiar with the demands of planning special events, Erika adds her flavor of tasteful selections and helpful organization to the events she caters.
